A “Need to Know” Event – New Compulsory Pensions and Employer Duties

Three Counties is teaming up with Collingwood Legal to present a FREE Breakfast Seminar on the new ‘Compulsory pensions and employer’s duties’ in preparation for the new legislation changes to be phased in from October 2012.

The session aims to provide employers and HR managers with important information in relation to new legal duties on auto-enrolment and on the steps that employers will need to take in order to ensure they communicate the changes to their workers and implement the changes with minimal risk to the business.

As a firm of independent financial advisers we will provide information and guidance on:

  • the new auto-enrolment rules and how they will affect you and your employees
  • employer’s duties and important dates
  • the new qualifying criteria for all pension schemes including existing schemes
  • assessing eligibility and your work force
  • contribution levels and the cost impact on your business
