Employment Law Solutions. Expert advice... more personal

Difficult Behaviour Masterclass – 5 July 2018

The Masterclass is designed to provide HR professionals, managers and supervisors the knowledge, skills and confidence to deal with extreme challenging behaviour in the workplace. We will provide you with a comprehensive overview of the legal principles including how best to utilise the implied term of “trust and confidence” in contracts of employment and turn the tables on those difficult colleagues who drain time and energy from staff teams at all levels and undermine the moral and productivity of those around them.

The session is interactive and includes various practical case study and workshop discussion scenarios to facilitate practice based learning.

Specialist employment law experts from Collingwood Legal will host the sessions together with Martin Smith PhD, senior accredited member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists and a senior lecturer in Psychotherapy at Nottingham Trent University.
