Paul is a recognised expert in the field of employment law. He acts for a broad range of public and private sector clients.

He has acted exclusively in employment law since 1997. Paul founded Collingwood Legal in 2010. Prior to that he worked for a top 5 law firm in London and as a partner with a large commercial firm in Newcastle.

Paul deals with the full range of employment law issues and has a highly successful track record in defending claims at Tribunal. He is a TUPE expert and frequently advises on whistleblowing cases. His experience includes strategic advice on restructuring and protective award claims. He has acted in cases at the Employment Appeal Tribunal, High court, Court of Appeal and ECJ.

Outside of his role at Collingwood Legal, Paul is a member of the governing body of a university.
