Jordan joined Collingwood Legal in 2016 as a Paralegal and has since qualified as a Solicitor in 2019 after completing her training contract with the firm. Jordan provides excellent assistance and advice to clients on all employment law issues, ranging from individuals to limited companies and charities. Jordan is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.

Experience

Example’s of Jordan’s experience include:

Providing day-to-day advice to employers on HR matters, such as sickness absence, performance management and disciplinary proceedings.
Preparing for Employment Tribunal cases, including the preparation of Tribunal bundles and drafting witness statements.
Representing clients at preliminary hearings.
Drafting and reviewing policies, procedures, staff handbooks and employment contracts to ensure their compliance with legislative requirements and accuracy.
